I received confirmation email and follow up contact information. The owner Loukas was proactive in communicating with me on Whatsapp. He confirmed the night before that the driver would be there waiting for us with a sign, which put our minds at ease. Our luggage belt changed and they knew almost as soon as we did. The driver, George, was ready and waiting for us. He helped us with our luggage back to the car. Got the air conditioning running while loading our bags. The van itself was very luxurious. He had cold water waiting for us and let us know the distance of the trip. George was very well dressed and professional. Top quality service the whole way! Would highly recommend!
